Career: Customer Service Representative

Job Description




• Handling of incoming phone calls for pricing, lead times, expediting, literature, data sheets, etc.
• Processing of incoming orders and quote requests through our ERP system
• Handle requests and provide support, which can include:
a) Creation and maintenance of quotations
b) Processing and expediting customer orders, verification of confirming orders
c) Satisfying customer requests for literature, sales samples and technical information
d) Communication to outside sales force opportunities deserving additional attention
e) Creation of purchase orders for drop ships, rush or special orders, entered on vendor websites, when required
• Customer Service Support
a) Filing, record keeping and data base clean-up/maintenance
b) Assist in the resolution of AR/AP discrepancy issues
c) Assist with Product Integration Group order entry


High school or equivalent

Preferred Experience

Knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook
Prior customer service experience is required. A positive attitude is a must!
