Shift

M-F 8AM-5PM

Responsibilities

Handling of incoming phone calls for pricing, lead times, expediting, literature, data sheets, etc.
Processing of incoming orders and quote requests through our ERP system
Handle requests and provide support, which can include:
a) Creation and maintenance of quotations
b) Processing and expediting customer orders, verification of confirming orders
c) Satisfying customer requests for literature, sales samples and technical information
d) Communication to outside sales force opportunities deserving additional attention
e) Creation of purchase orders for drop ships, rush or special orders, entered on vendor websites, when required
Customer Service Support
a) Filing, record keeping and data base clean-up/maintenance
b) Assist in the resolution of AR/AP discrepancy issues
c) Assist with Product Integration Group order entry

Qualifications

Required Education: High school or equivalent
Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
Ability to multi-task and familiarity with general office duties
Knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook
Customer service experience is required with a positive attitude
