Full-time Customer Service Representative

Shift

8AM-5PM Monday - Friday

Responsibilities

Handling of incoming phone calls for pricing, lead times, expediting, literature, data sheets, etc.
Processing of incoming mailed, emailed, faxed, and EDI orders and quotations through our Trulinx ERP System
Handle requests and provide support which can include any or all of the following:

a. Creation and maintenance of quotations
b. Processing and expediting customer orders, verification of confirming orders
c. Satisfying requests for literature, sales samples and technical information
d. Communicate to outside sales force opportunities deserving additional attention.
e. Creation of purchase orders for drop ships, rush or special orders and enter on vendor web-site, when required.
Customer Service Support:

a. Filing, record keeping, and data base clean-up and maintenance
b. Assist in the resolution of AR/AP discrepancy issues
c. Assist with Product Integration Group order entry

Qualifications

Local area candidates only: West Chester, OH 45069
Education: High school or equivalent

Preferred Experience

Working knowledge in Excel, Word, Outlook
Customer Service: 2 years
